12. Squadron Relay (2 x 50, 3 x 25m) - 5 lengths
13. Inter-Firm Challenge Shield (3 x 50m) - 6 lengths

As in all events, there are Invidual races and relays.
In the individual races we offer either
* Handicap races where you swim against your own time. Please submit your completion time by Monday 19 Jan, midnight. This time will be used for your individual start time.
On race night, if your time has improved by more than 3 seconds, sorry but you are disqualified. Please do send in an as accurate time as possible.
* Club Championship where the fastest swimmer wins
* Veteran races where only swimmere 40 years+ as of 1 April 2025 can enter.
Entry fee is £10 per swimmer. (we can team you up for relays, if you like).

The Gala is an open event and we welcome new swimmers.
It is a safe and fun environment for all swimming levels.
About us
The Stock Exchange Swimming Club (SESC) is a historic swimming club that has been a part of the community for over a century (with three short breaks, one spanning both World Wars and the recent pandemic).
The SESC has been around since 1911. We provide a space for London masters swimming to compete. Professional working in London can challenge their swimming abilities by entering 5 different types of competitions held throughout the year.
The competitions are open to all city professionals of London to attend. Training is usaually swum independent of the club. However, we do meet together to train once a month in a London swimming pool. Please look at our calendar page for more details.
The setting we provide is relaxed and offers opportunity for swimmers to compete at different levels and provide a place to socialise with other like minded professionals from across the city.
We do not ask for membership fees, just registration fees for each race.

For each event we have medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd
Most races have a sliver trophy alocated to it.
