There is a technique to everything. Once the technique is mastered its very easy to repeat and win.

Competitions in detail
In April/May, we invite swimmers to the Spring 30 Relay
The relay comprises of teams with 5 swimmers each.
Each swimmer swims 6 lengths in turn.
And so each team swims 30 lengths in Spring!
It is a fast paced, healthy competitive environment building team spirit and personal drive.
After the race, we usually visit the local pub to meet old and new friends.
If you would like to contribute either in the pool, poolside with timekeeping or organisation, please sign up to our newsletters or contact us here.
Over the Summer, we run
3 long distance competitions.
at the Tooting Bec Lido

1/4 Mile : the race begins in the middle of the pool.
1/2 Mile : the race begins 20 yards away from the deep end wall.
